Elkton Homes, LLC has been in business for 45 years servicing the community with a large selection of Mobile Homes, Modular Homes, Recreation Vehicles and Mobile Home Communities.

The family owns & operates Mobile Home Communities in 7 States and the home office is Elkton, Maryland.

Curtis & Peggy Rasnake as well as all their children are hands on with all the daily operation of the business. They moved to Maryland from Cleveland, VA in 1955 and purchased the business from Warren Kennard in 1966.
